Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro responsible for facilitating selling experiences for DIY customers with expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts and DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs). Requires ability to source from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source) and manage inventory, cycle counts, back stock, and store upkeep. Duties include operating POS and parts lookup systems, providing advanced diagnostic support and product recommendations, assisting with inventory processes, and performing essential DIY services while delivering strong customer service and maintaining store appearance. Requires strong English communication (Spanish a plus) and safety-conscious operation of inventory systems and shop equipment. ASE certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.
