Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro with expert knowledge of automotive parts and store systems. Drives DIY customer selling experiences, facilitates battery and wiper services, and manages inventory and store cleanliness. Must leverage advanced parts knowledge for sourcing (including special order and second sources), operate POS and parts lookup systems, and meet sales/service goals. Strong communication, diagnostic ability, and proficiency with inventory processes and basic math are required; ASE certification is preferred but not required. Located in Nashville, TN with in-store responsibilities including opening/closing duties and stock management.
Required Qualifications
- valid driver's license
- ASE certification preferred but not required
- 3-5 years of automotive parts experience
- proven sales ability
- read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- effective communication and relationship-building
- ability to work varying days/evenings/weekends
- basic math and Microsoft Office skills
