Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro responsible for facilitating DIY customer sales, achieving personal/store sales goals, and providing expert parts knowledge. Performs DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations, sources parts from multiple channels, manages store inventory and maintenance, and fulfills key holder duties (opening/closing, safety). Requires strong communication skills in English (Spanish a plus), proficiency with inventory systems and POS, and the ability to stock parts and advise on diagnostic equipment; prior automotive parts experience (3-5 years) is expected.

- Valid driver's license
- ASE certification preferred
