Retail Parts Pro

Professional level sales role supporting DIY customers with advanced automotive knowledge; responsibilities include facilitating selling experiences, achieving personal/store sales goals and service objectives, managing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), ensuring high customer service and store appearance standards, and performing key holder duties (task assignment, opening/closing). Secondary duties include assisting in inventory processes (truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock) and store cleanliness. Skills needed include strong communication, ability to locate and stock parts, safety knowledge, proficiency with inventory systems and POS/parts lookup systems, diagnostic/testing equipment for DIY services, advanced parts sourcing and product quality recommendations, and operating in English (Spanish a plus). Prior experience 3-5 years in automotive parts and sales preferred. Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
