Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro responsible for facilitating a selling experience for DIY customers, leveraging expert knowledge of automotive parts and store systems to identify parts, source from multiple channels (including special order and second source), and assist with DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs). Role includes inventory responsibility (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), key holder duties (opening/closing, safety), and maintaining store appearance and customer service standards. Requires strong communication, ability to operate inventory and POS/parts lookup systems, proficiency with diagnostic/testing equipment, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings/weekends. Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification is preferred but not required. Compensation ranges from $20.75 to $23.09 per hour (annualized to $43,160–$48,027 for this position).
