Retail Parts Pro

Retail Parts Pro responsible for expert automotive parts knowledge and DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), proficient with store systems and parts lookup, and capable of sourcing from various channels (special order, FDO, second source). Primary duties include facilitating selling experiences for DIY customers, achieving sales and service goals, managing DIY services, maintaining store standards, and executing key holder tasks (opening/closing, safety). Secondary duties include inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), store cleanliness, and continued product recommendations. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, ability to operate POS and inventory software, and knowledge of automotive systems; proficient reading and writing in English (Spanish a plus). ASE certification is preferred but not required; valid driver’s license is required.
