Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro responsible for providing GAS2 selling experiences to DIY customers, achieving sales goals, and performing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs) while maintaining high standards of customer service and store appearance. The role requires advanced knowledge of store systems, extensive automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from various channels. Responsibilities include inventory management (cycle counts, back stock, truck put away), key holder duties (opening/closing, safety), and using parts lookup/POS systems. Qualifications include 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and ASE P2 certification or ASE-ready equivalent; must have a valid driver’s license. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work varied days/evenings/weekends are expected.
