Job Summary

Retail Parts Pro supports advanced DIY customer service with expert auto parts knowledge, stock management, and in-store/phone sales. Responsibilities include facilitating selling experiences, achieving sales/service goals, managing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining store appearance and safety, and performing key holder duties. Secondary duties cover inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock, truck put-away), store cleanliness, and providing advanced parts sourcing and diagnostic support. Required skills include knowledge of automotive systems, proficiency with inventory and POS systems, ability to read safety and parts catalogs, basic math, and strong communication; English is required with Spanish a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification is preferred but not required.
