Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro is a professional-level sales role focused on supporting advanced DIY automotive services with expert knowledge of parts, store systems, and automotive diagnostics. Primary responsibilities include facilitating selling experiences for DIY customers via in-person and phone interactions, achieving sales goals, managing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining store appearance and safety, and performing key holder duties. The role requires strong communication, parts lookup and inventory systems proficiency, diagnostic equipment usage, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels. Qualifications include working knowledge of automotive systems, ability to read safety and procedural documents, and a valid driver’s license; ASE certification is preferred but not required. The position is full-time and located at 5055 Jefferson Road, Athens, GA 30606, United States.
