Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro at Advance Auto Parts responsible for facilitating the selling experience for DIY customers, achieving personal/store sales goals, and managing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs). Role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and inventory processes, with strong customer service and communication skills. Additional duties include inventory tasks (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), safety compliance, and operating POS/parts lookup systems. Requires ability to read and interpret safety and procedure documents, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; English fluency is required (Spanish a plus). Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification is preferred but not required. Schedule includes days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
