Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro responsible for delivering a high-quality DIY customer experience with expert automotive parts knowledge, advanced identification and sourcing from multiple channels, and strong inventory and store-operations capabilities. Primary duties include facilitating sales for DIY customers, meeting personal and store sales goals, managing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining store appearance and safety, and executing key holder responsibilities (task assignment, opening/closing duties). Secondary responsibilities include assisting with inventory (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock) and maintaining cleanliness and organization. Must possess working knowledge of automotive systems, parts catalogs, inventory systems, POS and parts lookup systems, and have strong communication and math skills; ASE certification is preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents, and to work varied days, evenings, and weekends. English proficiency required; Spanish a plus.
