Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro with expert automotive parts knowledge and DIY service capabilities. Responsibilities include facilitating selling experiences for DIY customers, achieving personal/store sales goals, managing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining store appearance and safety, and performing key holder duties. Secondary duties cover inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), store cleanliness, and assisting with DIY services. Skills emphasized include automotive systems knowledge, parts lookup and sourcing, use of inventory and POS systems, diagnostic equipment for DIY services, and strong customer communication. Requirements note 3-5 years of automotive parts experience; valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is preferred but not required; English is essential with Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with inventory systems, POS and parts lookup systems
- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
