Job Summary
Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries; achieve personal/store sales goals; manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs; maintain store appearance and safety; perform key holder duties (task assignment, opening/closing); assist in inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock); operate inventory systems, POS, and parts lookup; provide advanced parts sourcing and recommendations; use diagnostic equipment for DIY services; strong communication and customer relationship-building skills; English proficiency (Spanish a plus); require ability to work varied days including weekends; 3-5 years automotive parts experience; valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.
