Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro responsible for facilitating selling experiences for DIY customers and phone inquiries, achieving personal/store sales goals, and managing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installations). Requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, inventory, and diagnostic equipment; able to source from multiple channels including special orders. Maintains high standards of customer service and store appearance; performs key holder duties (opening/closing, task assignment). Proficient with POS and parts lookup systems, inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock, truck put away), and safety practices. Strong communication and relationship-building skills; English is essential (Spanish a plus). Must be able to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends. Education/Licenses: valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required. Compensation range $18.85-$20.98 per hour; benefits available. Location: Dunellen, NJ.”,
