Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro role at Advance Auto Parts in Wooster, OH. Responsibilities include delivering GAS2 selling experiences for DIY customers, achieving personal/store sales goals, servicing DIY tasks (battery installations, testing, wiper installations), managing store inventory and participating in inventory processes, using POS and parts lookup systems, and upholding store appearance and safety. Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification is preferred but not required. 3-5 years of automotive parts experience recommended; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work a varied schedule; bilingual Spanish a plus.
