Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro responsible for facilitating a selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries, achieving personal/store sales goals, managing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), and maintaining high service and store appearance standards. Roles include key holder duties (opening/closing, task assignment), inventory responsibilities (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock) and providing advanced parts knowledge, sourcing from multiple channels, and proficient use of inventory, POS, and parts lookup systems. Strong communication, organization, and diagnostic equipment skills are essential; English required with Spanish a plus. Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license

- 3-5 years of automotive parts experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs
