Retail Parts Pro

Retail Parts Pro is a professional level sales role with expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and DIY services. Primary responsibilities include facilitating the selling experience for DIY customers (in person and via phone), achieving personal and store sales goals, managing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installation, maintaining store appearance and safety, and performing key holder duties (opening/closing). Secondary duties include assisting in inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock) and store cleanliness. The role requires strong communication, proficiency with inventory and POS/parts lookup systems, knowledge of automotive systems, ability to read documents, and basic math. Required qualifications include 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience and a valid driver’s license. ASE certification is preferred but not required; English proficiency is expected (Spanish a plus). The compensation range is provided as an hourly rate equivalent to annualized salaries based on the published hourly range.
