Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro is a professional-level sales role supporting advanced DIY automotive services, including parts identification, battery testing/installation, wiper installs, sourcing from multiple channels, and expert use of store systems and POS. Responsibilities include facilitating sales for DIY customers, meeting sales/service goals, managing inventory and store cleanliness, and serving as key holder for opening/closing duties. Requires strong communication, English proficiency (Spanish a plus), and ability to read safety and procedure documents; ASE certification preferred but not required. Full-time position based in Johnstown, PA.
