Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro responsible for expert automotive parts and DIY services sales. Primary duties include facilitating selling experiences for DIY customers, meeting personal/store sales goals, managing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining store appearance and safety, and fulfilling key-holder duties (opening/closing, task assignment). Secondary duties cover inventory processes (truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock) and shop cleanliness. Must possess strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts sourcing (special orders, second source), store systems, POS and parts lookup, and diagnostic/testing equipment. Excellent communication skills, ability to stock parts, and adaptability to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends. Requirements include working knowledge of automotive systems, English; Spanish a plus. ASE certification is preferred but not required; valid driver’s license required.
