Retail Parts Pro

Professional level sales role focused on DIY automotive customers with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. Responsibilities include facilitating selling experiences for DIY customers, achieving personal and store sales goals, servicing DIY tasks (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.), maintaining store appearance and safety, and performing key holder duties (task assignment, opening/closing). Secondary duties cover inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), store cleanliness, and continuing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs). Requires strong communication, ability to locate and stock parts, operating inventory systems and POS/parts lookup, and proficiency with diagnostic equipment. Candidates should read and interpret safety and maintenance documents, possess basic math, and be able to work varied days including weekends.
