Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro responsible for high-level sales and DIY services, including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, and using store systems to identify and source parts. Must assist with inventory management (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock), maintain store appearance and safety standards, and support DIY customers via in-store and phone interactions. Requires strong communication, ability to read and interpret documents, proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems, and knowledge of automotive systems. English proficiency is required; Spanish a plus. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. ASE certification is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
- Proven automotive parts experience (3-5 years) advantageous
