Retail Parts Counter Advisor

Order, maintain, and track parts inventory for internal and external customers. Help retail clients acquire parts and accessories while answering phones to assist wholesale clients. Pull and fill parts orders from stock, restock inventory, and communicate with customers regarding parts status. Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources when necessary. Perform other related duties consistent with the role and department. This position supports the BMW Parts Department within Tulley Automotive Group, a family-owned business committed to automotive excellence and customer service since 1957.
