Job Summary
Educate customers on Cox products and accessories at third-party retail locations, recommend products based on customer needs, and provide best-in-class service during purchases and installations. Support other sales agents, meet individual sales and customer-experience targets, and participate in promotions and product demonstrations to drive customer loyalty. Requires strong people skills, comfort with technology, and mobility to work across retail sites.
Required Qualifications
