Job Summary
Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling while supervising Sales Associates during shifts. Ensure money handling procedures are followed, maintain an organized stockroom, and achieve loss prevention targets. Complete orders for store and office supplies within budget guidelines. Provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed customer service standards and review sales and margin information. Maintain store graphics systems, fixtures, and visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines. Evaluate competitor visual merchandising to develop business opportunities. Work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend, with a minimum of 4 days of availability.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment
- Delivery of Employee training
- Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
- Point of sale automated systems
- Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
- Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Involves lifting at least 30 lbs
- Must provide availability to work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days
- Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening
