Job Summary
Operate print equipment to maintain efficient production and coordinate service for all customers. Process merchandise accurately, identify process improvements to reduce waste, and ensure loss prevention compliance. Drive sales through conversion and average order value initiatives while coaching associates to enhance the customer experience. Perform opening and closing responsibilities as an External Key Carrier, including activating alarms and reviewing cash handling logs. Ensure building safety during management absence and support community outreach for client retention.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years related experience
- Basic computer skills
