Job Summary
Operate print equipment, coordinate customer service requests, and process merchandise while maintaining visual standards and loss prevention compliance. Drive store sales through conversion and average order value initiatives, coach associates on selling skills, and support community outreach efforts. Serve as External Key Carrier by managing opening and closing responsibilities, activating alarm systems, and auditing cash logs. Ensure building safety during management absence and implement process improvements to reduce inefficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years related experience
- Basic computer skills
- ability to use job-related technology and POS systems
