Job Summary
Retail Team Lead (Part Time) at Office Depot overseeing sales and customer-engagement across products, technology, services, furniture, and print offerings. Responsibilities include driving store sales through proactive customer interaction, coaching and training associates, maintaining visual and merchandising standards, supporting loss prevention, conducting opening/closing duties as External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty, and contributing to community outreach. Requires strong selling skills, excellent communication, and the ability to provide total solutions to customers while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to store policies. Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1–3 years related experience; basic computer/POS skills; print services experience preferred.
