Retail Part Time Team Lead at Office Depot responsible for driving sales of total offerings (Products, Technology, Services, Furniture and Print) through proactive customer engagement, leveraging training to support sales, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include print services operations, merchandise processing, loss prevention compliance, and contributing to store profitability through improved conversion, AOV, and customer experience. Roles include external Key Carrier responsibilities and Leader on Duty duties, with opening/closing duties and cash-office-related tasks as needed. Requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach; high school diploma or equivalent preferred and 1–3 years of related sales/customer service experience preferred.
