Job Summary
Retail Part Time Team Lead at Office Depot overseeing Print Services and total-store offerings. Drives sales through proactive customer engagement, builds customer relationships, coaches team members, and maintains store standards. Responsibilities include printing services operations, visual merchandising, loss prevention, cash handling and open/close duties as External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty. Requires strong communication, product knowledge across technology, furniture, print and services, and a focus on customer satisfaction and community engagement. Must be comfortable with part-time hours and supporting a vibrant sales culture while adhering to Office Depot’s values.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred
- Basic computer skills; POS systems
- Attention to detail
- Experience in Print Services is a plus
