Job Summary
Manage print sales and services by operating equipment, coordinating customer orders, and driving store profitability through conversion and average order value initiatives. Oversee operational efficiency by processing merchandise, identifying process improvements, and ensuring loss prevention compliance alongside all associates. Lead as an External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty by performing opening and closing responsibilities, managing alarm systems, reviewing cash logs, and securing the building during management absence. Coach associates to enhance the customer experience while supporting community outreach and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years related experience
- Basic computer skills
- ability to use job-related technology and POS systems
