Job Summary
Operate and assist associates on all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure client orders are completed correctly and on-time. Process merchandise accurately and efficiently while adhering to established procedures, deadlines, and visual merchandising standards. Drive positive client satisfaction levels by coaching associates to enhance the customer experience and supporting community outreach initiatives. Perform opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring the safety and security of the building and associates during management absence. Activate or deactivate the store's alarm system and review cash handling, cashier, and merchandise error logs. Identify areas for process improvement to reduce waste and inefficiencies in partnership with all associates.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years related experience
- Basic computer skills
