Job Summary
Operate and assist associates on all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure client orders are completed correctly and on-time. Process merchandise accurately and efficiently while adhering to established procedures, deadlines, and visual merchandising standards. Drive positive client satisfaction levels by coaching associates, supporting community outreach initiatives, and utilizing communication tools to coordinate service for customers throughout the store. Perform opening or closing responsibilities and ensure the safety and security of the building and associates during the absence of the management team. Identify areas for process improvement and implement plans to reduce waste and inefficiencies in partnership with all associates.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years related experience
- Basic computer skills
