Job Summary
Retail Part Time Team Lead at Office Depot responsible for driving sales across total offerings (Print Services, technology, furniture, print and more), building and maintaining customer relationships, and acting as a part-time Key Carrier with possible Leader on Duty duties. Role emphasizes customer-centric engagement, store merchandising, loss prevention, community outreach, and leveraging sales principles to meet customer needs and improve satisfaction. Requires advanced selling skills, strong communication, and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment; will support store operations and may participate in opening/closing duties along with periodic background checks. Location: Crystal Lake, IL.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred
- Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems
- Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services
