Job Summary
Operate print equipment to maintain efficient production and coordinate services for all customers. Process merchandise accurately while adhering to visual merchandising standards and identifying process improvements. Drive sales through conversion and average order value initiatives, coaching associates to enhance the customer experience. Perform opening and closing responsibilities as a Key Carrier, ensuring building security and managing alarm systems. Conduct cash audits and review error logs in partnership with associates. Maintain loss prevention compliance and support community outreach efforts to drive client retention.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years related experience
- Basic computer skills
