Job Summary
Operate print equipment to maintain efficient production and complete client orders on time while driving overall store sales. Process merchandise accurately, identify process improvements to reduce waste, and ensure loss prevention compliance with all associates. Coach staff on sales principles and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and support community outreach initiatives. Perform opening and closing responsibilities, manage alarm systems, and conduct cash audits as a Key Carrier and Leader on Duty. Maintain visual merchandising standards and drive sales conversion and average order value.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years related experience
- Basic computer skills
