Job Summary
Operate print equipment to maintain efficient production and complete client orders on time, while driving overall store sales through conversion and average order value initiatives. Process merchandise accurately, adhere to visual merchandising standards, and implement process improvements to reduce waste. Ensure loss prevention compliance and support opening/closing responsibilities as an External Key Carrier, including alarm system activation, cash handling reviews, and security protocols during management absence. Coach associates to enhance the customer experience and drive community outreach for client retention. Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years related experience
- Basic computer skills
