Retail Part Time Team Lead

Operate and assist associates on all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure client orders are completed correctly and on-time. Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures, deadlines, and visual merchandising standards while identifying areas for process improvement. Drive positive client satisfaction levels by coaching associates and supporting community outreach initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Perform opening or closing responsibilities, including driving awareness of key performance indicators, activation/deactivation of the store's alarm system, and reviewing cash handling logs. Ensure the safety and security of the building and associates during the absence of the management team. Maintain loss prevention compliance in partnership with all associates.
