Job Summary
Manage print sales and services by operating equipment, coordinating customer orders, and driving store profitability through conversion and average order value initiatives. Lead operational efficiency by processing merchandise, identifying process improvements, and ensuring loss prevention compliance. Act as an External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty by performing opening and closing responsibilities, securing the building during management absence, and managing alarm systems and cash audits. Coach associates to enhance the customer experience while supporting community outreach and visual merchandising standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years related experience
- Basic computer skills
- ability to use job-related technology and POS systems
