Job Summary
Operate print equipment to support efficient production and coordinate customer service requests across the store. Process merchandise accurately while maintaining visual merchandising standards and driving sales through conversion and average order value initiatives. Coach associates on selling skills and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience, and lead opening and closing responsibilities as an External Key Carrier. Ensure loss prevention compliance and manage alarm system activation during your shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years related experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to use job-related technology and POS systems
- Attention to detail
