Job Summary
Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques and brand values to enhance team sales and customer service. Conduct daily reviews of sales and margin information to ensure profitable operations, while managing store graphics, pricing, and fixture replenishment. Evaluate competitor visual merchandising to identify business development opportunities. Provide leadership by delivering employee training on cash handling, inventory auditing, and POS systems within a safety-first environment. Maintain constant physical activity including standing, lifting, and climbing ladders as required. Requires availability for up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment
- Delivery of Employee training
- Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
- Point of sale automated systems
- Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
- Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Lifting at least 30 lbs
- Availability to work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days
- Child Safeguarding Background Screening
