Job Summary
Proactively engage every customer to recommend products and services while maintaining store appearance, signage, and merchandising standards. Scan inventory lows and outs daily, complete freight sorting processes, and ensure the freight area remains organized. Utilize sales tools to promote the selling program and stay updated on advertisements, promotions, and loyalty initiatives. Complete required training in technology and print products to deliver expert solutions. Adhere to company policies, support loss prevention efforts, and address potential safety hazards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Ability to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented mindset
- Passion for the brand, products, services, and solutions
- Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks
- Ability to work safely and address potential hazards or concerns
