Job Summary
Engage customers proactively to recommend products and services while maintaining store and print department appearance standards. Scan inventory lows and outs daily, complete freight processes, and ensure the sorting area is organized per guidelines. Utilize selling programs to promote best solutions and additional offerings, staying aware of promotions and loyalty initiatives. Complete required training in technology and print products to deliver expert assistance. Perform other duties as assigned while adhering to company policies and loss prevention efforts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Ability to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented mindset
- Passion for the brand, products, services, and solutions
- Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks
