Job Summary
Engage every customer proactively, recommending products and services while maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards. Scan inventory lows and outs daily, complete freight processes, and ensure the sorting area remains organized. Develop personal selling skills through Tech, Print, and other applicable training to drive sales in key areas. Maintain awareness of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs while adhering to company policies and loss prevention efforts. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills; able to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented, with a passion for our brand, products, services, and solutions
- Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
