Job Summary
Engage every customer proactively, recommending products and services while maintaining store appearance, signage, and merchandising standards. Scan inventory lows and outs daily, complete freight processes, and ensure the sorting area remains organized. Utilize sales tools to promote best solutions and additional products, applying cutting-edge sales principles to drive revenue. Complete required training in technology and print products, including designated certifications if applicable. Maintain compliance with company policies and loss prevention efforts. Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Ability to use technology to access and input job-related information
