Job Summary
Engage every customer proactively while recommending products, services, and solutions to drive sales and enhance their experience. Maintain store and print department appearance, signage, and merchandising standards, then sort, stock, and fill inventory lows and outs daily. Complete freight processes and ensure the sorting area is organized per guidelines. Develop personal selling skills through tech, print, and applicable training, including required certifications. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention efforts. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills; able to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented, with a passion for our brand, products, services, and solutions
- Must be able to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
