Job Summary
Proactively engage every customer to recommend products, services, and solutions while maintaining store and print department appearance and merchandising standards. Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily, ensuring the freight sorting area remains organized and adhering to sorting and stocking guidelines. Complete Tech, Print, and applicable training to develop personal selling skills and product knowledge, utilizing sales tools to promote the best solutions and additional services. Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and loss prevention efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills; able to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented, with a passion for our brand, products, services, and solutions
- Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
