Job Summary
Engage every customer proactively, recommending the right products and services while maintaining store and print department appearance to company guidelines. Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily, ensuring the freight sorting area remains organized and adhering to signage labeling standards. Complete Tech, Print, and other applicable training to develop personal selling skills and product knowledge, utilizing sales tools to promote the best solutions. Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs while supporting loss prevention efforts and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented mindset
- Passion for the brand, products, services, and solutions
- Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks
