Job Summary
Proactively engage every customer to recommend products, services, and solutions while maintaining store and print department appearance standards. Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily, ensuring the freight sorting area remains organized per guidelines. Utilize selling programs to promote best solutions, track promotions and loyalty programs, and complete required tech and print training. Adhere to all signage, labeling, and merchandising standards while supporting loss prevention efforts and company policies. Maintain a neat, well-stocked environment and perform other duties as assigned to drive sales and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills; able to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented, with a passion for our brand, products, services, and solutions
- Must be able to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
