Job Summary
Engage every customer proactively to recommend products, services, and solutions while maintaining store appearance, signage, and merchandising standards. Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily, ensuring the freight sorting area remains organized and completing freight processes. Complete required training in technology and print products to apply cutting-edge sales principles and support loss prevention efforts. Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Ability to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
