Job Summary
Engage every customer proactively to recommend products, services, and solutions while maintaining store appearance, signage, and merchandising standards. Scan inventory lows and outs daily, complete freight processes, and ensure the sorting area remains organized. Develop personal selling skills through required training in technology and print products, and apply sales principles to drive revenue. Maintain awareness of promotions, loyalty programs, and loss prevention policies. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills; able to use technology to access and input job-related information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and associates
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory
- Client-focused, positive, engaging, and action-oriented, with a passion for our brand, products, services, and solutions
- Must be able to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
